Shipping Policy

Allhere ships within Lebanon only. We're focused on serving Beirut and the surrounding regions first. International shipping is not currently available.

Cost

A flat rate of $3 USD applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery within Lebanon typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive confirmation by email with tracking details where available.

Cash on Delivery

Our courier accepts cash payment at the door. Please have the exact amount ready in USD, or the equivalent in Lebanese pounds at the day's exchange rate.

Delays

Unforeseen events — weather, courier capacity, political circumstances — may occasionally affect delivery. We'll communicate proactively if your order is delayed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at the email below and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
